**SANTA UPDATE** -- Official Breaking News from the North Pole
Santa is sitting in his big chair, his feet are up and he’s relaxing like he hasn’t a care in the world. It is very early Christmas morning on the west coast of the USA and Canada but Santa feels it is too early to go there.
What a strange twist on this weird ride of Santa’s this year. Imagine that just a few hours ago we were worried about Santa getting done on time and here he is now way ahead of schedule with nothing to do.

“Well,” Santa said, smiling, “I have some time to kill. The folks on the West Coast of Canada and the US aren’t ready for me and Hawaii certainly isn’t ready for me. So let’s eat some cookies and turn on some music!” Santa is the restless sort, though. I don’t think he’ll stay at the North Pole very long.

**SANTA UPDATE** -- Official Breaking News from the North Pole
Santa is in Helena…after delivering to several more places in the USA and Canada…to take a little break.

I didn’t quite make it but he’s cooking it for me anyway. I’m kind of hungry, so I’ll take a little break before I push on.”
So maybe that’s why Santa has been rushing since he left the North Pole!
