Agents who are part of Santa's Secret Spy (SSS) Network are now hard at work around the globe. You better watch out!
(Actually, we admonish kids everywhere not to be confused when we call it Santa's Secret Spy Network. Contrary to
popular belief, Santa does not have spies who go around keeping track of every kid. That is still the stuff of
mystery and it is something Santa does all by himself. But Santa does have a Secret Spy Network and they have a
specific purpose: to keep Santa safe.)
Just like a government with an intelligence operation, Santa has the SSS Network operating for him in dark corners
all over the world. You see, Santa is an important person to millions of people who love and believe in him. If
something bad happens to him, many people would be sad. So the SSS gathers information and sends it to the North
Pole.
What kind of information?
Well, Santa flies the world in one night each Christmas, for example. That means there are lots of skies to
cover. If a SSS agent finds out about fireworks or other dangers in the skies where they are, they send that
information to the North Pole. The information gathered can be great or small. In the past, SSS agents have reported
on groups of people who were attempting to kidnap Santa. But most agents usually only find small things such as
damaged rooftops or hard-to-see antennas and report those to the North Pole.
An agent in the SSS is different than an elf. An elf is an ambassador of goodwill. An agent is a protector and
an informant. He or she has to work in secret at all times. An elf can be an agent, but not all agents can also
be an elf. Does that make sense?
Probably not, but here is some exciting news: Santa has authorized me to find and deputize at least 2,000,000
more agents for Santa's Secret Spy Network within the next 12 months. If this is a job you are interested in, here
is what you need to do to be considered:
You must be on Santa's Nice list.
You have to believe in Santa.
You must carry the spirit of Christmas in your heart.
You can be any age, boy or girl.
