Teacher Elf

Hi everyone!

Today Elf Crash Murphy gets a question from an entire class of third graders.

This kind of thing happens all the time and we just love it. Hearing from teachers and students is one of the highlights of working in the Public Relations Department at the North Pole. Their questions are always the best.

That’s because they are always trying to learn. So we get questions from them about all kinds of things that other people don’t even think about. They ask about geography and the types of weather Santa will encounter on his flight. They ask about traditions and world cultures. They ask the deep questions.

But I just love this question today. The entire class wants to know if their teacher — Mrs. Cranston — is an elf.

What a great question!

You see, like many people this third grade class from Montana in the USA has learned that an elf can look like anyone — and they can live just about anywhere. You don’t have to live at the North Pole to be an elf. So this question is a really good one.

I can see why some of them think Mrs. Cranston is an elf. She is constantly working, she looks out for others and always gives.

I think it is a natural question.

And I think Elf Crash gives a very good answer. Click the player below to listen.
