Sleigh Bells

The sleigh bells are a very important part of Santa’s ride. The reindeer depend upon the bells to set a rhythm for them. As the reindeer fly, they create the rhythm that all the reindeer can hear. That synchronization helps the reindeer to pull together as a team.

Reindeer, however, have keen ears. If one of the bells is out of tune, it can throw the whole team off. So a lot of effort is put into making the bells sound “just right”. That is a process being worked on right now.
