Winter Weather is Back

Winter weather is back at the North Pole and that is actually good news. Snow makes things move at the North Pole so no one is complaining.

Elf Seymour Snow predicts that winter will be here to stay for at least the next 8 months at the North Pole. It is never really warm here and we can get snow year round. But for the next 8 months at least we will deal with the epic snows the North Pole is so known for.

In fact, December and the week of Christmas and New Year are usually quite snowy. While Elf Seymour says it is still too early to precisely predict snow for when Santa launches he said that better than 90 percent of the time Santa flies out during a snowstorm.

The most affected parts of Operation Merry Christmas are those areas where work must happen outside and that usually involves the reindeer.

The reindeer, however, love the snow. But, like many things, it’s still a little early for the reindeer to be here at the North Pole. Many of Santa’s reindeer are back but not all of them. In fact, the radio update talks a little another one of Santa’s reindeer who returned and made a dramatic entrance.

We would note that Donner is not back yet – still. People are starting to talk about that but Santa says it is not a concern.
