Just one month until Christmas! Wow, can you believe we’re already here?
How rare it is for our month marker to fall on the day when Operation Merry Christmas begins.
Thanksgiving is always a super long day – from early in the morning to very late at night, there are always activities galore.
But today, it’s back to work. There is new energy, new resolve and a whole new level of excitement here at the North Pole.
Like everywhere else, there are good years and bad years at the North Pole. This has been a very good year. Santa has been super organized. Since Christmas last ended Santa has had everyone focused on getting the job done and so far everything has gone exactly to plan.
Today, at a meeting of supervisors at Santa’s Workshop, we reviewed our status with one whole month to go and we found out that we’re far ahead of where we were on this date last year.
That means the next month is going to go very fast and, hopefully, very smooth.
It looks good. The workshop is ahead of schedule. The test flights of Santa’s sleigh have been perfect. All of Santa’s reindeer are here and with the slight exceptions of Dancer and Vixen, everyone seems to be healthy and ready.
All elves in every department are doing very well, in fact.
Later today there is a chat scheduled with Elf Roger Star of North Pole Flight Command. He’ll tell you anything you want to know about how Santa gets around the world.
And later today we are expecting a North Pole Radio News report from Frank and Crash from Santa’s workshop, too.
So lots of stuff is happening. It’ll be like this every day until Santa takes off. We hope you can join us every day!
