Libya is the latest country to report visit from Santa Claus.

Santa has a number of options now regarding his delivery schedule. He can go north into Europe or head south into Africa. We don’t know for sure but we’d guess that Santa wants to head north into Europe, seeing that he has spoken to the governments of many European nations within the past hour or so.
