Make it Festive
You decorate for Christmas already, right? Do that first and do it well. Realize that what you decorate with MIGHT be useful later when you’re tracking Santa.
For example, your Christmas stocking. Did you know that there’s something called Stocking Mail? Every Christmas Eve, usually after Santa has taken off and is already on his way, he will authorize the North Pole Post Office to engage Stocking Mail.
That is why decorations are a very important part of the home tracking set up.
Elements of the Home Santa Tracking Center
At a very minimum, you just need your computer or device. But it might be useful to have the following:
- Binoculars
- Computer bookmarks to the weather news
- A world map
- A notebook and pen
- Speakers for your computer so you can listen to Kringle Radio
- Reindeer Food
- A letter for Santa
- A clock
A Landing Zone for Santa
Make Sure Santa Knows Where to Go
Santa has visited you before and he knows how to find you.
But finding you and having a safe place for him to land the sleigh and the reindeer is something entirely different.
You can help Santa by having a landing zone set up for him.
