The sleigh will be taken on one final test flight before it is waxed and made ready for Santa. The reindeer have a day of light activity planned and then a long nap. Santa is still away from the North Pole, visiting with children. But before long he too will come home and take a nap for a few hours before he takes off.
With the weather forecast being so good we are expecting huge crowds for Santa’s launch later tonight. That means that grandstands are being set up and lots of hot chocolate is being prepared. The elves and their families love to gather to watch Santa leave the North Pole.
It’s going to be a very busy day.
