19 Weeks Until Christmas
There are now 19 weeks until Christmas, friends. 19 weeks! That’s nothing!
I know for some of you that means school is starting up. Actually, I only know that because so many of you are writing in to complain about that.
That’s hard for this girl to understand. I loved school. I loved every summer when it ended going back to school.
But I hear you. I get it. But think about it. School is just a stepping stone to Christmas.
Christmas is everywhere here at the North Pole. I’m not even kidding. It’s full on Christmas-carol-blaring-eggnog-chugging-cocoa-sipping time here at the North Pole.
Of course, it helps that it is snowing outside.
Like crazy, it’s snowing.
To think just months ago I was sick of snow. And right now, I love it.
That’s the funny thing about being just 19 weeks away from Christmas. It sure looks better when it is in front of you than when it is behind you.
And with Christmas ahead of us it seems everyone has…secrets…on their minds.
Christmas brings out secrets. What you get your best friend or your parents for Christmas – that’s a secret. Even what you want Santa to bring you – that’s a secret some only tell to Santa, at least for a while.
But secrets as it comes to Christmas at the North Pole are at a whole new level.
Like you’ve heard here recently about the reindeer. I’ve got a secret about them.
But I can’t tell you.
It’s a secret.
But you’ll find out soon enough.
I have other secrets too. Big ones.
All in due time, friends.

My least favorite part of the year is when Christmas is right behind us. My favorite part is when I start looking forward to Christmas! I guess that’s all year but I really step it up after Labor Day with thinking about presents and actually buying them. 19 weeks will fly by!!
I’m going to Middle school i’m nervous! And thanks for the heads up!
Thank you, Elf Trixie! I’m glad to hear she’s better now. Kringle Radio plays at my house all year round; I want to make it like the North Pole! Yes, Christmas makes us secrets. I hope everyone has an exciting, merry, peaceful Christmas! I’m curious about the reindeer’s secret!! XD
Thank you for reminding us that Christmas is so soon; it’s so exciting!! Your “stepping stone” analogy really would have helped me when I was in school; I hope it helps those who have school coming up!
