Santa’s Workshop Kicking into High Gear
Elf Bernard has been scheduling the workshop double shifts for the past week and he tells me that today things are continuing at a rapid pace. Elves are working as fast as they can in the rush to get everything completed before Santa launches later tonight.
As has become tradition Elf Bernard has called in the help of tooth fairies to aid the effort. Tooth fairies are high energy workers who can get a lot done. But because they have wings and are very light they don’t always mix well in a workshop environment. And they cannot work the wrapping department either because their wings easily get caught in the tape.
But Elf Bernard loves to work them above the production line, moving things along without their feet touching the ground. This makes the lines work faster and more gets done. The tooth fairies are great at helping load the sleigh too because they don’t have to stand on ladders either.
Elf Bernard said that barring any major events like power outages the Workshop should complete its duties on time this year.
