Santa Requests More Secrets for South America

Another call has gone out for Secret Spies, this time in South America.
Elf Agent X, who has been avoiding me for months because I kept asking him questions about the Big Building with No Name, suddenly wants to talk a lot.
And secret spies are all he wants to talk about.
He says that the North Pole needs more elves on the ground in South America – kids who can take the Elf Oath and work for Santa over the next couple of days.
