Hiring Elves Like Crazy at the North Pole
North Pole Flight Command is home to the Tracking Department – and the most number of elves of any department at the North Pole.
Flight Command is in charge of everything that flies at the North Pole. It is a huge job that requires lots of elves. Santa’s sleigh is not the only sleigh in the skies on Christmas Eve.
Santa’s recent order of 3500 new sleighs, to be delivered just before Christmas, are a good example of the elf power it takes to get Santa and everything he brings for Christmas out to believers around the world.
Recent announcements at Flight Command show that job is getting bigger. Postings were added for new sleigh pilots, for more flying reindeer and, just today, a call for more Professional Tracker elves.
In fact, there are more job postings in every North Pole department right now than any other time in history.
Elf Sandy Claus, head elf of the Department of Elf Resources, told us the reason so much hiring is going on is because Santa is growing in popularity around the world.
The more they believe in Santa, the more elves Santa needs.

Thank you, Elf Harold! I think most elves work at the North Pole, so do they switch to the Professional Tracker elves from their current jobs? I wish we Santa tracker elves for Santa around the world could be that elves, too. 🗺🦌🛷🎅
