  • How many people can these chats handle?

    Up to 50 people, most of the time it is less than 20

  • What questions can I ask?

    Ask anything you want but we like to keep the topics to the expertise of the featured guest

  • Is there video?

    No, these are done in a classic text chat format

  • Are there private chats available?

    Not in the North Pole Chat.

  • How are these chats structured?

    The chat host is generally available 5 minutes before the scheduled chat to declare the agenda and remind of the rules. Generally, there is a brief conversation between the host and the featured guest, then open questions are taken from chat participants.

  • How long does the chat last?

    About 30 minutes

  • If I miss the chat can I read about it later?

    Yes, all chats are archived.
