Elf Bernard Chat Rescheduled

Due to technical difficulties at the North Pole, the chat with Elf Bernard in North Pole Chat was not held. Elves and site users could not get into the chat room. The chat has been rescheduled for next Sunday at 3:30pm EDT, right after the scheduled chat with Elf Hugo, Postmaster at the North Pole Post Office.

Elf Ernest, Senior Vice President of Public Relations at the North Pole, explained why the chat could not go forward today as planned.

“We wouldn’t normally want to do two chats in one day,” Elf Ernest said. “But we feel the discussion with Elf Bernard is important and, that given the date, the discussion with Elf Hugo is important too. But we simply could not get past the issue that prevented elves and believers alike from accessing the chat room today. There was some sort of conflict with a system update that happened late Saturday and it affected things on Sunday. We didn’t anticipate any problem and it will take us the rest of this Sunday to fully resolve, so the decision was made to reschedule the chat. We apologize for the inconvenience for our site users”.
