Elf Ernest is Senior Vice President of Public Relations at the North Pole. As such he oversees all North Pole websites and the News Department, which includes Kringle Radio, North Pole Radio News, SantaUpdate.com, SantaTrackers.net and NorthPoleFlightCommand.com. Ernest also oversees all official North Pole social media channels.
Elf Ed Zachary is a columnist for the North Pole Gazette, specializing in content focusing on North Pole and Elf life. Known as the Great Defender, Elf Ed Zachary is frequently tasked with dealing with doubters and detractors of Santa Claus. He is famous for Defending Santa and the reality of Claus culture and North Pole existence. His column here at SantaUpdate.com is titled "It's an Elf's Life".
Elf Trixie came to the North Pole on a scholarship to Southern North Pole University. She has been pursuing a degree in Journalism. She served as an intern in the News Department for a season before being hired as a reporter here at SantaUpdate.com and a columnist for the Santa Tracker Herald Star at SantaTrackers.net.
Elf Max is the webmaster of SantaTrackers.net, an all-elf community of elves who track Santa for Santa. Elf Max occasional pens articles for SantaUpdate.com about the news of tracking Santa and is a frequent guest in North Pole Chat.
Elf Winslow Rutherford is a special assistant to Elf Ernest at the North Pole who has served in the Public Relations Department in several capacities over the years. Presently he serves on the editorial board of SantaUpdate.com coordinating North Pole Chat Events.

Elf Crash Murphy is Santa's "eye-in-the-sky-reporter", tasked with following Santa in his own sleigh on Christmas Eve. From there he reports every Christmas Eve on Kringle Radio, with his radio partner Elf Frank Myrrh. Elf Crash is also instrumental in the training of elves in the Santa Tracker Elf Program at SantaTrackers.net. He is co-host of the North Pole Podcast and the Santa Trackers Podcast.
Elf Roger Star is the Director of North Pole Flight Command. He is most frequently active at SantaTrackers.net but is sometimes to be found in North Pole Chat at SantaUpdate.com and on radio news reports with North Pole Radio News.
Elf Meg graduated from Southern North Pole University with a degree in journalism. For several years she was a star reporter for the North Pole Gazette and then briefly served as a producer for North Pole Radio News. She brings her experience in media to North Pole Flight Command, serving as both an Elf News Reporter for North Pole Radio News and Managing Editor of North Pole Flight Command.com
Elf Frank Myrrh is the lead news anchor of North Pole Radio News and is heard on Kringle Radio. He also serves as the Media Editor here at SantaUpdate.com. When not reporting the news Frank hosts the North Pole Podcast as well as the Santa Trackers Podcast at SantaTrackers.net.
As Postmaster General at the North Pole Post Office, Elf Hugo Slavia is charged with all mail internally and externally at the North Pole. Wish lists, emails, faxes, texts, private messages, social media messages, voicemails, letters, cards and notes for Santa all flow through the North Pole Post Office. Elf Hugo also oversees Stocking Mail, telepathic communications and even carrier pigeon messaging at the North Pole. His is one of the busiest departments at the North Pole.
