Santa launches from the North Pole in just 9 hours.
We have this breaking news update from the Tracking Center now as well: the test flight of Santa’s sleigh is now over the waters of the North Atlantic. That flight is reportedly going well.
Also, in case you missed it, the reindeer are down for a little nap.
And a big truck just pulled up to the Claus residence. It appears they are delivering a new load of candy canes. These will be used during the candy cane eating contest that is scheduled for later tonight. If you recall, Elf Buzz won that contest last year when he ate 413 candy canes in less than 15 minutes. That’s one crazy elf.
