Russia Offers an Airbase to Santa

The always-generous country of Russia has offered Santa the full use of several of their airbases for the duration of weekend.
Santa has politely declined the offer, saying the North Pole has the situation well in hand.
Santa has a very good relationship with the Russian government and the Russian people. In fact, they love him there.
