Sleigh Bells Now a Problem

The art of getting Santa ready for launch includes a painstaking task in polishing and tuning the sleigh bells. Each bell has a unique note and it has to sound just right.
Reports are coming in that the bell team is not going to have a lot of time to complete this critical task:
Elf Ernest is Senior Vice President of Public Relations at the North Pole.
