Free Christmas Activities
As we count down the days to Santa’s launch the North Pole wants you to know of several Christmas activities available to you for free. We recommend:
Santa’s Map
Have you placed yourself on Santa’s map? Tell Santa where you are! This map, which is available to Santa right on his sleigh, will show Santa where you.
Send Your Art to Santa
If you’re handy with a pencil or a crayon, Santa wants to see your talent. Draw or color a picture and send it in to Santa. What does Santa do with all that artwork? He gives us to people in hospitals and care centers to spread Christmas cheer. Wouldn’t you want to be part of that?
Name Santa’s Sleigh
Every year, just minutes before Santa launches, he gives his sleigh a name. The sleigh is ALWAYS a girl’s name. You can enter your name suggestion for Santa. If your name suggestion is selected you will hear it announced on the Tracking Santa Around the World Radio Show just prior to Santa’s launch (and it gets published here on SantaUpdate.com).
Work Hands On with Christmas Crafts
Need to up your Christmas décor game? Visit our friends at Twikl.com for ideas of unique Christmas crafts that kids can make. It’s fun, it’s simple and it allows you to be creative and merry at the same time.

Become an Elf
Yes, you can become an elf and work for Santa! Santa is constantly looking for people who want to eventually come to the North Pole to do the elf work that makes Santa possible. It might take a few years but you too can do it.
Read The Night Before Christmas
More than 200 years ago a great story was told through a poem written about Santa Claus. This great story still tells of the magic of Santa and entertains every believer.
