Regional Tracking Centers Under Construction
Notice was given at SantaTrackers.net that the Elf Supervisors were either in transit or already on location for their Regional Tracking Centers for 2026.
The regional tracking centers are basically a mini-Flight Command task force that is located within each delivery sector. They have charge over all tracker elves, all regional sleigh flights, and all North Pole Sleigh Force and North Pole Navy vessels within their sector.
The goal is for all regional tracking centers to be operational by August 1st.
The regional tracking centers will partner with the test flight teams of Santa’s new sleigh to test equipment and begin training for Santa’s Christmas flight.
Likewise they are charged with gathering information that will be useful for planners at North Pole Flight Command to plan Santa’s flight.
