Reports Confirm Issues with Test Flights of Santa’s Sleigh
As reported earlier this week, North Pole News can now confirm that official reports from test pilots flying Santa’s sleigh show the sleigh is operating “sluggishly”.
A report, from test pilot Elf Yancy Crumbleigh dated September 23rd, says that in test flights that day over Madagascar, the sleigh “underperformed at a level of 35,000 feet in good weather”, much to the surprise and frustration of the pilot.
Elf Crumbleigh remains on vacation and unavailable for comment.
I reached out to Elf Buck Sanchez, Director of Flight Operations at the North Pole. He confirmed that the report from Elf Yancy is genuine and that the recorded flight data from September 23, 2024 confirms his report.
Elf Buck Sanchez says that one report from one test flight does not prove “problems” with the sleigh exist. Not every flight is perfect, he said.
In reaching out to Elf Roger Star at North Pole Flight Command he too cautioned not to draw conclusions from one test flight report. He did confirm that Elf Crumbleigh’s report did raise concerns in Flight Command and that a special meeting was held in reaction to the report.
Elf Roger Star also commented that he was aware that some elves in Flight Command were, in fact, “distressed over recent reports of the performance of Santa’s sleigh”.
North Pole Flight Command has locked down access since my report from earlier this week and elves there cannot presently talk to the media, per North Pole Security. Test flights of Santa’s sleigh continue over Sector 4 this week.
This is a developing story. Please check back soon for more details as they become available.

Thank you for explaining, Elf Trixie. Elf Yancy’s report last month was about version#2, right? I’m curious about the other reports of the 11 test sleighs. I think Elf Roger and Elf Buck already found something in the sleigh Elf Yancy got in and other sleighs. I hope they can fix that soon. They want to create the best sleigh for Santa. That’s why they’re conducting flight tests of the sleighs. ^^ By the way, Elf Trixie, did you notice your written pattern when your reports confuse people? I hope you can fix that, too. Thank you for reading. Merry… Read more »
