Bets Turn in Santa’s Favor

The sugar cookie pool has kicked into high gear at the North Pole as elves still working in every department are now placing bets – almost all exclusively in Santa’s favor.
“It isn’t a bet on whether Santa will make it or not,” explained Elf Hank Beedle, director of this year’s Christmas Party at the North Pole. “It is now a bet on when he will make it back and the betting is heavy indeed.”
There is a whole new energy level here at the North Pole.
