Halloween Party Made Optional
The head of Santa’s workshop, Elf Bernard, announced today that Santa’s workshop will remain open on Halloween, which is on Friday, October 31st.
He said elves can volunteer to work that day or optionally take the day off to celebrate Halloween as they customarily do.
A quick survey of elves in Santa’s workshop indicates that most elves are going to opt to work.
The crisis in Santa’s workshop is requiring a lot of adjustment to normal routines for elves, reindeer and families living at the North Pole. Many elves are working hours beyond their usual schedule and some are trying to learn new skills to help in Santa’s workshop.
Upon hearing today’s news other departments at the North Pole are also adopting optional work requirements. For more about that, please listen to the North Pole Radio News report in the player above.

Thank you, Elf Harold. Oh, many elves would work on Halloween. I hope they can attend Halloween party, too. Thank you, Elves Frank and Crash. I hope Santa’s plan can solve the problem at Santa’s Workshop. I pray that the weather will calm down and the elves can work smoothly and safely. I can help them if they need. Have a happy day and Merry Christmas. 🎃🎅🧸🤞🌟
