10 Weeks Until Christmas
Hello, just ten weeks to go until Christmas.
The North Pole Halloween party is just a few weeks away and many here are wondering how different it will be this year.
In Santa’s workshop and several other departments the list of elves working on Halloween is growing and many elves who would traditionally dress up and celebrate at the North Pole Halloween Party are planning to skip it.
That has some elves a little sad. Everyone understands the priority but some will miss the traditional fun of seeing all the costumes.
The issue came up in the staff meeting at Mrs. Claus’ office today. Mrs. Claus was not there for the meeting so we are planning to bring it up to her tomorrow when she checks in at the office to go through her mail.
Mrs. Claus has said the Halloween party will move forward with decorations, food, and the usual contests and fun. Kids from the local North Pole Village schools will all be there and Mrs. Claus has promised them a good time even if many of Santa’s elves will be absent.
Santa has said that for the sake of the children he and Mrs. Claus will be attending the event in person and in costume.
