Workshop is 92 Days Behind
The Workshop Crisis Management Task Force reports today that Santa’s workshop is 92 days behind with 61 days remaining until Santa’s launch.
Elf Bernard and others in leadership at Santa’s Workshop are frustrated at the slower results of the past week. Essentially, while the Workshop performed at a very high level, it needs to do better.
There are complex issues the workshop is dealing with. One of the big problems is space. Not only are they working around the clock there are more elves working in every department on each shift than normal. They have run out of space to work.
That means moving some production teams to alternative locations. When that happens they need all their materials, their tools and other elements essential to product moved with them. That takes time to move and time is something they have little of.
It also requires new spaces. So far they have taken space over at North Pole High School, at the North Pole Events Center and now they have rented a warehouse on Kringle Boulevard in North Pole Village.
