5 Weeks Until Christmas
Hi friends! Today is 5 weeks before Christmas – the greatest time of the year. Are you getting ready for it?
There are big debates going on at the North Pole right now.
The other day the Weather Department at Flight Command put out a winter weather warning for Thanksgiving and it has been suggest by some elves that maybe we should cancel the Thanksgiving Day Elf Parade.
This suggestion was made because many elves are already talking of working on Thanksgiving Day, just as they worked through the Halloween Party a few weeks ago.
The crisis in Santa’s workshop has many elves thinking they just cannot stop.
So, between the weather and the workshop situation they are actually talking about maybe canceling some events next week during Thanksgiving.
What do you think we should do?
Unlike Halloween, the Thanksgiving Day Elf Parade is something entirely different. It’s never been canceled before. I know a lot of elves were not even sad at missing Halloween but I think a lot of elves would be very sad of the parade didn’t happen this year.
With a little more than a week to go, a decision needs to be made soon. There are lots of meetings going on right now to consider the matter.

Thank you, Elf Trixie, and Elves Frank, Crash and Westover! Oh no, Thanksgiving Parade will be going to cancel! I hope they can make something instead of the parade. For example, they have the marching in a big tent, and elves at Santa’s Workshop can see or listen to it on TV or the radio. I’m thankful for them to work so hard every day.
