Winter Blizzard Warning for Thanksgiving

The Weather Department at North Pole Flight Command has issued a blizzard warning for the North Pole for Monday through Friday next week.

The timing of the storm could not be worse.

The Sleigh Port at the North Pole is always very active in the days leading up to Thanksgiving as elves stationed in remote places around the world come home for Thanksgiving.

That would include Santa, who has been away from the North Pole visiting with believers all over the world. Santa is scheduled to return on Wednesday night.

Santa leaves the North Pole shortly after dropping the big countdown clock in the atrium of Santa’s Workshop at midnight on Thanksgiving night. That traditional event kicks of the delivery phase of Operation Merry Christmas.

The weather is going to affect both Santa’s return and departure again from the North Pole.

For more information about the Crisis in Santa’s Workshop and how complete everything might be please listen to the North Pole Radio News Report in the player above.

[…] we were forewarned last week by the Weather Department at North Pole Flight Command a heavy winter storm has hit the North Pole […]

Thank you, Elf Harold and Elves Crash, Peter, and Westover! I hope Elf Frank is okay. That’s good to hear that Santa’s Workshop is going well. Thank you always for their hard work. I hope the weather will calm down and that Santa and the elves around the world can return to the North Pole safely. I pray that everything is going better than the day before.
Have a great day and Merry Christmas! 🎅🎁🤞😊🌟

Thank you Crash! This is not good news, but at least Thanksgiving will be there those elves so they can celebrate with family. I’m hope Frank can get better tomorrow! It was awesome hearing you on the radio! Thank you!
