Power Outages at Santa’s Workshop
Santa’s workshop has new issues to deal with: power outages.

This latest snafu began with the onset of a brief winter storm (not to be confused with the blizzard forecast for next week). A fast moving storm featuring gusty winds and falling snow knocked down power lines supplying Santa’s workshop.
After a few dark chaotic minutes of confusion order was restores when backup power supplies kicked in.
Backup power is only available for a brief period of time. And thanks to high power demands of a workshop pressing to increase production the workshop soon had to shut down due to the lack of power. It took about 4 hours to put them back in business.
Everyone though things were normal but the power went down yet again just hours later. This time the power outage was not due to the weather. The 2nd power outage was caused by a construction accident that cut the lines feeding Santa’s workshop.
Power outages can be common at the North Pole, especially during the heavy winter storms that pass through. The workshop and other facilities are built to withstand such events.
But this year is hardly normal in Santa’s workshop and hours of downtime seriously slows down the momentum they had going.

Thank you, Elf Harold, and Elves Frand and Crash! I hope the power has come back on now. Are all the elves okay? I hope they stayed warm and every one is healthy then. Yeah, stopped working for four hours made them slow. I hope they calm down to take the situation and start working again smoothly. I pray for them stay warm and well.
Have a relaxing day and Merry Christmas! 🧸🚂⛄️🤞😊
