Reindeer Go Into Quarantine
North Pole Flight Command announced late last night that Santa has named his starting team of reindeer.
While there are no unknown or unexpected name on that list what they did not mention was that the reindeer have been put into quarantine.
Maybe they didn’t want to mention that part on purpose. Quarantine is a word that a lot of people do not like, mostly due to the Covid pandemic of a few years ago when some people had to be isolated.
So when we say quarantine we do not mean to give the impression that anyone, especially Santa’s reindeer, are sick. They are NOT sick.
The Reindeer Operations Department puts the reindeer into quarantine to prevent them from getting sick. Santa needs them all healthy to fly on Christmas Eve and it is normal for them to be isolated from other reindeer and from people for this time before Santa’s launch.
