23 Weeks Until Christmas

Hi ho, just 23 weeks to go until Christmas!

Now the fun part of Christmas in July is upon us. I’m told that Santa himself has a big announcement to make ahead of all the water fights, picnics and contests of this weekend at the North Pole. So keep your eyes peeled for that.

Also, the new North Pole Chat is awesome. I took it on a test chat last night with a group of elves from North Pole Flight Command. It works great! I hope you can come join the chats the weekend and try it out.

Are you following the news about the Regional Tracking Centers. Four out of the five have been announced and the last one – for Sector 3, I believe – gets announced soon. Every single one of them so far is in a place called Christmas Island.

Who knew there were so many Christmas Islands in the world? I wonder if there is one somewhere in Sector 3?

Anyways.

Things are in full swing here. The test flights are flying, the North Pole Navy is floating, Santa’s Workshop is as busy as it gets, and even the North Pole Post Office is getting a ton of mail.

I asked Santa about the mail and what we’re going to do about wish lists this year. He tells me he will likely talk about it in his chat on the last weekend of July. But basically, this is it in a nutshell:

Santa wants you all to send him a wish list at least once a month between now and November.

Don’t worry about it being the same every time. In fact, that is what he wants to see – what you are thinking as the months pass to Christmas. Santa says it is okay to change your mind.

He just wants to hear from you often.

We can all do that, can’t we?
