Shoutouts are brief messages from an elf at the North Pole. The purpose of the message might to to just answer a quick personal question or to steer someone in the right direction on our website. Click here to see the current shoutouts.

Shoutouts can also be used to acknowledge a group of people, such as a classroom of students. We use shoutouts to let people know we have received their requests or to help them in some quick way.

Please note that shoutouts are NOT for messages to Santa. Please visit the North Pole Post Office to message Santa.
