The official word from North Pole Flight Command right now is that Sector 2 is in the Red Zone.

Sector 2 is big on land and short on Tracker Elves. It has the fewest trackers overall with less than 2 million total.

Still, they are mighty in spirit there and I hear they are performing very, very well so far, with a record level of reports coming in from Sector 2.
