Mail from Australian Kids Floods the North Pole

It is near mid-day on Christmas Eve in Australia and children there are very busy sending mail to the North Pole.
According to Elf Hugo in the North Pole Post Office the mail coming from Australia at this hour is at a record pace. Never have so many kids sent so much from Australia all at one time than what is coming in right now.
“The Internet changed everything,” Elf Hugo told me by phone. “Most children have computers and Internet access and they use it to communicate with the North Pole. It is a very busy time here.”
