Elf Team Scouting Siberia

Moments ago a sleigh launched from the North Pole with a team from the North Pole Flight Command Center. The team of six elves are scouting a location in Siberia for some top secret purpose.
“Of course I cannot talk about it,” said Elf Roger Star, head of the International Santa Trackers Association. He sent the team based on instruction from “the highest authority”. We assume he means Santa.
There are unprecedented preparations underway to track Santa this year. The Flight Command Center expects to have nearly 10 million elves stationed around the world to help with the effort.
We do not know what they are looking for or why.
But we will try to find out.
Elf Ernest is Senior Vice President of Public Relations at the North Pole.
