20 Weeks Until Christmas
Hi gang. I’m so sorry. I got so caught up in Christmas in July I just didn’t have time for the weekly countdown.
Actually, Mrs. Claus got so caught up in Christmas in July. I was just along for the ride.
It was a fun ride. She knows how to have a lot of fun and in July Mrs. Claus let her hair down a little bit.
Ooh, that reminds me.
I get this question all the time: what color is Mrs. Claus’ hair.
Well, it’ silver….almost white. It’s beautiful. And yes, she keeps it long but frequently wears it up in a bun.
I don’t know why I get that question a lot but I do. Mostly from girls.
Anyway, back to the countdown. We’re now down to 20 weeks.
That sounds so LITTLE, doesn’t it?
It is going by fast, friends. Things here at the North Pole are *really* hopping. You all heard what Crash and Frank said on the radio the other day about Santa’s message to the elves?
It was quite the pep talk, let me tell you.
It has motivated people here. I mean, in a happy way. Everyone is just on their game right now and I’m seeing this busy kind of activity and feeling this quirky buzz about things. The North Pole is a fun place right now.
I think everyone here knows that Operation Merry Christmas is in good shape. It’s all going so well. And the best months, the funnest months, are just ahead of us.
There’s always so much excitement for all these little phases we go through. Right now, we’re what I call the pumpkin spice phase.
Now, to be honest, pumpkin spice isn’t as big a deal at the North Pole as it is everywhere else. But it’s a table setter for a lot of people. When pumpkin spice stuff comes up every year people get all excited because they know pumpkin spice leads to back-to-school, which leads to Halloween, which leads to Thanksgiving, which leads to Christmas. It’s the start of the build-up.
That’s where we are right now at the North Pole. We can all feel what is coming. The post office is starting to really crank because kids are sending their wish lists into Santa. The Reindeer Barn is stocking up on oats and hay and getting things ready for the reindeer to come back. The Stocking Department isn’t making stockings right now, they’re decorating them. The Wrapping Department is wrapping presents, not waiting for them to get made any more.
Santa’s sleigh is being test flown around the world. Tracker elves are in training. The Elf Choir is rehearsing.
Everything right now leads to happy times. Christmas is healthy for ya, ya know? It makes you feel good.
And that’s where we’re at with 20 weeks to go, friends. We feel good at the North Pole. How about you? Are you feeling it yet?

Happy 20 weeks until Christmas! Counting down the days.
Hi Elf Trixie! Good to have you on our weekly countdown again! Hope your doing well and thanks for this document
Thank you, Elf Trixie! 20 weeks until Christmas sounds so fast! I wonder if Santa and Mrs. Claus’s hair is the same color. Yes, I heard Santa’s message from Elf Harold, Elf Frank, and Elf Crash. His message is very deep, and it would be excellent if we could get close to Santa’s thoughts. I’m so happy our tracker elves can go forward with Santa and the elves at the North Pole!
I look forward to the next update! XD
Welcome back, Elf Trixie! I’ve missed hearing from you. Sounds like everything is going great over at the North Pole and there’s a renewed sense of Christmas spirit; that makes me happy to hear! Thank you for your post! Christmas will be here before we know it!!
