Operation Merry Christmas Opens a New Phase
With Santa already gone from the North Pole, Mrs. Claus today met with select elves in the atrium at Santa’s workshop to mark a new phase of Operation Merry Christmas.
This is known as the Pre-Delivery Phase of Operation Merry Christmas, a brief period of time to make ready for the final phase of Santa’s mission.
Between right now and the day after Thanksgiving elves will be making everything ready they can think of for Santa’s launch.
The Sleigh team, North Pole Flight Command announced this morning, returned to work earlier than planned – so that Santa’s sleigh will be ready. They test fly the sleigh all over the world on various missions in every possible condition you can think of. Day and night, in good weather and in bad, in summer heat and winter cold, loaded and unloaded, they are testing the sleigh and making modifications so that it is perfect for Santa when he launches from the North Pole.
The Toy Team, which consists of head elves from Santa’s Workshop, the Wrapping Department, the North Pole Post Office and Research and Development, are coordinating at a very fine level now. As you make your wish list and send it to Santa he is directing them. Toys are being separated, tagged, wrapped and packed in a certain way so that the right toy is available at the right time for Santa to deliver it to the right person.
These and many other things happen during the pre-delivery phase of Operation Merry Christmas.

Thank you, Elf Harold. There are 28 days until the pre-delivery phase of Operation Merry Christmas! I’m so delighted to work with you all. Yes, sending a wish list earlier helps Santa! I’ve sent it twice, lol. I hope Santa will give me his Eggnog! I saw that the test flight team already left the North Pole. I hope they have more energy and work well and are feeling excellent now! Merry Christmas! XD
