Anxiety in Sector 5
In a meeting of Santa’s Council at the North Pole today concerns were raised by the North Pole Post Office about Sector 5.
Elf Hugo, North Pole Postmaster, reports that many concerned tracker elves and fans of Santa are writing in from Sector 5. They are worried about that sector not yet having a Regional Tracking Center.
All the other sectors have announced their 2024 locations for Regional Tracking Centers and those centers are now active. But the announcement for Sector 5 has been stalled now by more than a month.
The concern is whether or not Sector 5 will be ready to track Santa come flight time.
Sector 5, as most people already know, is the largest of all sectors. There are more believers of Santa, and more tracker elves, in Sector 5 than all other sectors combined.
Many of those writing in with concerns are worried that Santa will not be able to complete his mission in Sector 5 as he usually does.
Santa himself quickly put the issue to rest, declaring that for hundreds of years they operated without Regional Tracking Centers anywhere in the world and that the resources of the North Pole today will “make up for any deficiencies” in any sector.
Elf Crash Murphy, who appears with Elf Frank Myrrh in a North Pole Radio News report that you can hear above, also reported that progress is being made to secure a location for Sector 5 and that news would be released soon.

Thanks Frank and Crash! I’m not concerned its just some years the North Pole doesn’t know where to put that tracking center! Its a big place so many places to choose from! I suggest you take your time! Its done when its done! Good work elves!
Where on earth is Sector 5?
Thank you, Elf Harold! I hope they will soon announce the location of the Sector 5 Regional Tracking Center. Does each center need plumbing that can accommodate eggnog? I wonder where eggnog comes from, lol.
