Here it is a week before Christmas Eve and for the first time ALL year long the workshop is behind schedule. How do you figure that out?

Elf Bernard is beside himself. He has had his team of elves working night and day since Halloween and here they are a little behind as they go down to the last few days.

He won’t tell me what the problem is. And he thinks it is no big deal and that things in the end will be fine.

But he’s not a happy man today.
