Elves Stand In as Reindeer to Fit the Sleigh Bells
Santa’s sleigh is very dependent upon the bells that the reindeer wear as they fly. The bells provide a rhythm to their work and the must fit right and be finely tuned.
There is a “fitting” going on right now but it’s a little awkward because there are no reindeer at the North Pole so elves are having to stand in for them. Of course, an elf is not built like a reindeer so the whole process is a bit strange. But, it is a job that has to be done if Santa is to be ready to fly in time.
