Crowds Begin Gathering for Santa’s Launch

The sleigh barn is the most popular place to be on a day like this.
Favorable weather conditions at the North Pole — for the first time in years! — has brought out festive crowds anxious for a good seat to watch Santa’s launch.
Folks have shown up in all manner of snow vehicles and some are grilling favorite foods outdoors while they count down the hours to Santa’s launch. For the first time in several years the grandstand has been set up very close to where Santa’s sleigh will be staged later tonight for lift off.
Every available seat has already been claimed. We expect a boisterous crowd tonight to cheer Santa as he leaves the North Pole.
