Elf Choir Debates Choice of Music
The North Pole Elf Choir is debating their choice of music for the annual Christmas Concert at the North Pole and for their annual album, with proceeds that go to Santa’s Sleigh.
Of course, there will be traditional favorites included such as Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town, Jingle Bells and Up on the Housetop.
They are debating the choices of I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Silent Night.
There is some original Christmas music they are talking about doing as well.
Elf Winchester Doolittle, an elf who works in the Department of North Pole Records, is a songwriter who is trying to get his song “Santa Stuffed My Stocking with Stuff for Somone Else” is very popular with local school music groups.
But the song has not been approved by the Music Committee of the Elf Choir.
One elf who doesn’t want the song played on local radio is Elf Gabby Sharp, a member of the committee.
“This song implies that Santa makes stocking mistakes, the Workshop makes gift-making mistakes, that the Wrapping Department makes mistakes. Every elf mentioned in this song makes mistakes. Every North Pole department makes mistakes so that a poor kid ends up getting something for someone else for Christmas. It’s a joke and not a very good one!” Elf Gabby said.

Thank you, Elf Harold! Yeah, I know select Christmas songs are so hard. I hope our tracker elf choir group can collaborate with them someday! I want to hear the “Santa Stuffed My Stocking with Stuff for Somone Else” once. Elf Crash, your idea is nice! English songs are a little challenging for me, so I want to do like you, lol. It’d be wonderful if elves Frank and Crash, and I sing a song as face singers! Happy Thanksgiving, and Merry Christmas! XD
santa am I going to be on the nice list this year,Oh before I forget do me and my sisters get our own elf on the shelf.
I hope all goes well for the North Pole Elf Choir! I think “Silent Night” and “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” are excellent song choices. It’s understandable why Elf Winchester Doolittle’s song may be seen as controversial (but I’m sure he’s very talented)!
