The tracker elf check-in process is an important psychological milestone in the process of Operation Merry Christmas. It means all the pieces are coming together in getting Santa launched very soon.

Coordinating millions of elves, tens of thousands of sleighs and reindeer, and Santa into one cohesive unit delivering Christmas is no easy task. Getting everyone in synch is a tough job.

But all are excited to make it happen. 24 hours from now it all begins as trackers world wide begin to check in.
