Santa launches from the North Pole in just 12 short hours. The day is flying by!
This is another milestone for the North Pole — a moment all elves here look forward to each year. When the big clocks says there are only 12 hours remaining a number of things begin to happen. The Tracking Center begins a countdown of system checks in every country. They test communications and check in officially for the first time.
It is at this mark that elves in the sleigh barn prepare to put the reindeer down for their nap.
It is at this point that Mrs. Claus picks up Santa’s suit from the dry cleaners.
And it is at this point that the North Pole Post Office encourages people everywhere to use electronic messaging if they want to send something to Santa.
So many things are happening now!
