Early Reindeer Games Announced
The Reindeer Operations Department has announced that this year’s Reindeer Games will be held at the earliest date in history.
Thanks to the early season return of the reindeer the games are now scheduled to begin Tuesday, October 15th and will close on Saturday, October 19th.
“This was Santa’s idea,” said Elf Roger Star, head of North Pole Flight Command. “In recalling the events of last Christmas when Vixen was still recovering from an injury, Santa feels that an early run of the games will give any of the reindeer who might suffer an injury in the games a better chance to recover before Christmas. This is a precautionary and prudent plan, one that allows for full recovery from the games before flight time.”
The Reindeer Games have been held usually the first week of December.

Thank you, Elf Harold! Thank you, Elf Crash and Elf Frank. I agree with Santa’s idea. He and everyone worried a lot about Vixen’s injury last year. Games they compete in make them excited too much and risk of injury. I hope they will train well for the game and Christmas Eve safely. I’m curious about what kind of training they do.
I’m looking forward to hearing the update. Merry Christmas! XD
Thank you for the update; this is great news!! I can’t wait to hear all about the Games (and I can’t wait to hear the next episode of the North Pole Podcast)
