2 Months Until Christmas
Today marks two months until Christmas Eve and you should feel the energy here at the North Pole.
As I write this Vixen is going for her 6th win in a row at the Reindeer Games.
Elves Harold and Trixie have given you great recaps of the competition and the story of Vixen this year, so I’ll not add anything more to it other than to say that the whole North Pole has gone Vixen-crazy.
Did you know that Vixen is now the top-selling costume for the North Pole Halloween Party? Everyone wants to be like Vixen right now.
She has always, I think, done a great deal to build the Christmas spirit this week at the North Pole.
As you may know the weather has been horrible and nobody cares. Vixen has been so impressive that everyone will stand in a blizzard to see her compete. I’ve never seen anything like it.
It has some people not really paying too much attention to other things going on at the North Pole. Everyone and every department is still working, for sure. But they have the Reindeer Games on every radio and every TV. Elves have their cellphones at the workstations live streaming the games just about anywhere you go here at the North Pole.
You would think that would affect production – and it has.
Elf Bernard reports that Santa’s Workshop is running at 116% efficiency this week.
Elf Harriet in the Wrapping department says that work there is 17% ahead of projection this week.
Everywhere you go at the North Pole everyone is having a great time. They know that once the closing parade of athletes takes place at the Reindeer Games we’re soon going to be celebrating Halloween, which is just about three weeks before the start of Operation Merry Christmas.
For most at the North Pole, it is the Christmas season already.
We hope it is Christmas for you where you are, too.

Thank you, Elf Ernest! Vixen is so cool! She is a heroin of the games. I want to get her costume, too. Elves at the North Pole are so lucky to listen to and watch the games. Thank you, Elf Bernard, Elf Harriet, and the elves, for working hard even during the games. They’re excellent jobs!
I look forward to hearing about Halloween events. Have fun a lot, and Merry Christmas! XD
