New Version of Santa’s Sleigh Ordered
The test flights of Santa’s sleigh have resulted in new design changes ordered by Flight Command this week. As a result, Version 5 of the sleigh has been ordered to be constructed and then test flown.
Version 4 of the sleigh is only about a month old. Despite the now five versions of the sleigh flight engineers tell me that the sleigh only has slight improvements or modifications from last year’s design.
A meeting with test pilots recently revealed high confidence in the readiness of this year’s sleigh. Some speculate the test flights might end early this year because they are running out of new ideas of how to make this design more efficient.
Santa has seen the newest versions of the sleigh in test flights and on video but he himself has not yet flown the new sleigh.
In fact, it is not expected that Santa will even sit in his new sleigh until flight time.
